We have received an update from the state's Emergency Management department regarding the impending arrival of Sandy. We have been told that there will be a large amount of wind with this storm beginning around 4:00 PM Monday. Due to the storm's main onset being so close to the normal end of our school day, and with expected high winds and heavy rain, all schools will close Monday, October 29th at 1:00 PM. This will enable us to get everyone safely home by the time the storm picks up significantly. As a result all after-school activities and practices are also cancelled. Thank you. |
